Create a deal file template for the vehicle type - Retail New/Used, Motability, Part Exchange,Fleet, Trade, Auction.
Set your deal file content by group, franchise and retailer allowing you the flexibility to choose the documentation dependent on your brand or group standards.
Documents can be mandated, require management approval or a customers signature before a deal file can be closed.
Customers Signature
To request a customers signature for one or more documents, simply click on the "request a signature" button.
iStoreDOCS will then send the customer a group/franchise branded email with a link to a secure login to their personal portal where they can view and sign all required documents.
iStoreDocs
automatically updates the record in the deal file and adds the action into the audit log with a date and time stamp.
